For the last twenty years, Jan-Arne has been advising successful entrepreneurs in corporate finance matters such as company sales, acquisitions, mergers, revenue and profit growth, capital and fund raising, etc. Finding the right business succession solutions for entrepreneurs is something he especially enjoys. Whether a business owner wishes to retire, free up time for a new business or seeks to grow the business to the next operative level, Jan-Arne has valuable experience to offer across most industry segments. Jan-Arne’s earlier career was in the financial services sector where he held a wide range of positions such as CEO of a small UK bank, President of a US broker-dealer, Global Head of Corporate Advisory for a large Swiss bank, Head of Europe for a large Canadian bank, Head of Wealth for the largest bank in the Caribbean, etc. He gained experience from working in the US, Mexico, Canada, the Caribbean, Switzerland and most of all from the UK.

In the course of the Covid pandemic, he has dedicated more of his time to executive coaching.

Jan-Arne is a Norwegian who considers the UK as his second home.
